Hi, I'm Rosie!
Hi, I’m Rosie. At 16, I was told that 70% of people who are blind—like me—were unemployed. In that moment, I knew two things: I wasn’t going to be a statistic, and that I was given my disability to help others. I started volunteering and getting involved in my community, determined to make things work.
Over the years, I’ve supported hundreds of people with disabilities in schools, workplaces, and community settings. I’ve learned that what people need most is to be heard and believed; to have a cheerleader who sees their full potential—often before they do—and someone who offers both hope and concrete steps forward. That’s my specialty, my superpower.
As a career and life coach, I help people build confidence, navigate transitions, as well as pursue personal goals and meaningful work. I also live with chronic fatigue caused by multiple conditions, which deepens my understanding of invisible disabilities and the need for flexibility, pacing, and self-compassion.
In addition to coaching, I work with employers to deliver practical and action-oriented equity, diversity, and inclusion training that support accessible hiring and inclusive workplace culture. My approach is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience—I’m passionate about creating spaces where people with disabilities can thrive.
